AgroJob users can communicate with each other in 3 ways:
- With notifications through the application
- By e-mail
- With short messages on the mobile - SMS
SMS communication is optional and not available to workers. Employers wishing to send job advertisements via SMS must first obtain an SMS package through the application.
Each message is always sent with notifications of the application, in any way or ways the user chooses.
Procedure for sending a job call
Closing an employment agreement between worker-employer is done with the following steps:
1 Employer job offer
The employer sends a job call message (in one or more ways) to all available workers in his area (his Municipality), describing:
- the job for which he is looking for employees
- the days he wants to occupy them
- the salary he offers
- any additional benefits he offers (transport, food, accommodation, etc.)
2 Expression of interest of a worker
The employee receives the message and judges the job offer, based on both the details of the job advertisement and the details of the employer that accompany it.
If he is interested, he responds with a message (through the application) to the employer, expressing interest in the specific job.
3 Employment agreement
The employer receives the workers' expressions of interest and accepts or ignores (rejects) the agreement. After the acceptance of the expression of interest, the agreement is concluded between the employer and the employee for the specific job.
Evaluation of workers - employers
After completing a task, workers have the opportunity to evaluate the employer, based on their experience from the specific task. At the same time, employers have the opportunity to evaluate the workers who took part in this work.
The evaluation is done with 1 to 5 stars, from which an average of the involved (workers and employers) appears in his profile, so that the contractor knows how well or badly he has been graded.
In addition to evaluation, AgroJob offers the ability to post reviews from employees to employers and vice versa.
Cancellation of employment contract
Both employers and workers have the option of canceling an employment contract for health reasons or force majeure (eg weather). For any other reason, there is a special marking of the profile of the worker or employer that caused the cancellation, which appears for a period of 3 months in his profile.
Employers have the option to cancel the work of one or all of the workers in a contract.
